Refund Policy

All purchases made through the HERS Website are considered final, and cancellations, returns, or refunds are not permitted, except for defective items. For defective products, complaints must be submitted within seven (7) days of receiving your order from the courier. Late submissions or items will not be processed.

Items must be returned in their original selling condition, with the original packaging, price tags, and labels intact.

Returns must be made with the item(s) unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and unironedd, with all tags attached.

Please note: We reserve the right to refuse any direct exchange or refund at our boutique without prior confirmation from us.

Items are non-returnable if:

  1. There are odors such as perfume, body mist, hair spray, makeup stains, etc., which cannot be accepted for returns.

  2. Defects caused by customers through incorrect washing, ironing, storing, wearing, or mishandling will not be accepted.

  3. Sale items and purchases made with discount codes are not returnable, exchangeable, or refundable (including clearance and sale items).

  4. Return or refund requests based on lighting, monitor settings, or color discrepancies will not be entertained, as the actual item color may vary slightly from the photos.

  5. Returns or exchanges are requested after the seven (7) day window from the date of receipt.

  6. Items missing price tags or labels.

Please note: Returns without a valid reason or without consulting our Customer Service team will not be accepted.

Q3: WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I RECEIVE A DEFECTIVE ITEM?
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience. Please email us with the following details:

  • Order ID (#XXXXXXXX)
  • Issue description (defective/faulty)
  • Pictures or videos of the issue
  • Choice of a full refund or exchange for an item of the same value
  • Return tracking number

If the returned product is not faulty, we may choose not to repair, replace, or refund the product, and may require you to cover any delivery or service fees as per our standard rates.

Q4: WHAT IF I WANT TO CHANGE MY ORDER, SIZE, OR COLOR?
Unfortunately, we do not accept exchanges for size, design, or color changes. We are unable to cover shipping costs for returned items.

Q5: WHAT IF I RECEIVE A DEFECTIVE ITEM AND WANT A RETURN & REFUND?
Defective items must be returned to us within 7 days of receipt, and we will provide a replacement in new condition. Unfortunately, we are unable to cover shipping costs for returns.

Refund Process
Once your returned parcel arrives, we will process your return request within 1-3 working days. If any items are damaged or missing, your refund may not be issued. Refunds will be provided in the form of store credit to your HERS account. For online purchases, returns and refunds will be processed as store credit or via bank transfer. Refunds can take up to 14 days to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.
